What very ridiculous was the not answer the first citizen to the questions, though, it seems, had already had the text of the question before the City Council. Among the audience someone whispered that even the few things that were said were quite unfounded, as the staff apparently does not currently exist.
Also it was really unfortunate to equate the non-use of 40 people with the needs of the budget. People who until recently were used ... and that what was said by the mayor could not be used because of the "municipal budget ... words are not beautiful to listen to.
