last few days many people who went to the hospital, were denied a reservation for an X-ray.
The motivation was a brief and hasty "External bookings are closed.
seems clear that saying "external" means that the repararto work.
and no one knows why to outsiders are denied benefits.
may be that "outsiders" have become second-class citizens?
Save the hospital !!!!!!!!!!!
